If we have not shipped your painting and you do not like the painting after implementing your 3 suggested alterations by email preview. We will cheerfully refund 100% of your money including all shipping and handling. We pay the artist after 25 days. If you require a revision and have not communicated that with us for a period of 25 days after the artwork completion notification, you may still ask for up to 3 reivisions. However, failure to communicate can result in forfeiture of your deposit refund.
15 Day In Home Trial. You may return your oil portrait to us within 15 days of receipt of delivery, minus shipping and handling. All painting shipping and handling fees will be assessed at $24.95 (sizes 20” x 24” and under) or $39.95 ( sizes 24” x 36” and above). If the painting has been stretched and frame mounted, an additional return fee of $15.00 (sizes 20” x 24” and under) or $24.95 ( sizes 24” x 36” and above). Buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Any returns must have a pre-approved, return authorization number posted clearly on the package or the returned item will be rejected and returned to sender.
Cancel an Order: Please contact us via email and type "Cancel Order" in the subject area. If we have not processed the order, we will refund 100% of your money less a $10 administration fee. If the order has been processed and the artist has started on your painting a $20 or 10% cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you include your name, phone number, invoice number and date of order.
Damaged Painting During Transit: If you have received a painting that was damaged in shipping. Please return the painting to Anything Painted On Canvas. Please be sure to include the Return Authorization Number, clearly posted on the outside of the returning package. We will either repair or replace your painting with a new painting using the same identical photo only.
Frames and Stretching Frames: We offer stretching frames and decorative frames as a convenience to you. However, because of the volatile nature of shipping a painting attached to either a stretching frame or decorative frame, we do not guarantee the frame and painting as a whole. Guarantees are seperate. We do guarantee the frame will arrive safely. If the frame is found to be damaged, we will offer a refund difference of the frame and the price of a stand alone stretcher frame. If the stretcher frame is also damaged we will offer you a 100% refund. The painting of course qualifies under our 15 day satisfaction guarantee and the artwork is guaranteed to arrive without shipping damage. Unless damaged by shipping, we do not offer any refunds on decorative frames and or stretching frames and services. We suggest that you have your painting stretched and framed by a local framer. We only suggest using our framing service if your circumstance is time sensitive or you have limited services available to you. We have priced our framing and stretching service very aggressively as a convience to our customers. Your painting is stretched tight at the factory. If your painting becomes loosened due to freight and/or climate changes, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to have the painting restretched and at the expense of the buyer.
