For APOC to accept your entry, we need you to agree to the following terms.

• I am entering this contest at my own risk. I agree that, regardless of the outcome, I will not challenge any results of this Photo Contest provided by Anything Painted On Canvas referred to in this agreement as (APOC) a legal dba under Tyanda, Inc. nor will I assist with anyone else associated with the filing of any claims or suits against Tyanda, Inc. or any company owned by Tyanda Inc. it's affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, associates, shareholders or suppliers that arise from the conduct of the Contest. I agree that I will not be receiving any images back that I have submitted to APOC and APOC may, at its sole discretion, terminate this contest without any liability to me. If APOC terminates the Contest before its completion, APOC agrees that it will not use my images for any purpose.

• I agree if I am the winner of this contest: The images I submit may be used by APOC as a marketing purpose and may be used on a website, printed material, or in any other form of media. I further agree and give full rights to APOC to copy and display in any country. Although I am agreeing to allow APOC the full use of my Photograph/images, I remain the copyright owner of my Photograph/images and may also use them in any manner I choose.

• I promise the photographs and/or digital images I submit are of my own work, and to the best of my knowledge do not infringe on the rights of any other person or business. I further agree that I have not transferred my rights of the images/photographs to any other person or business that would infringe on the rights for me to do as I see fit with my submitted images.

• I promise that I have the rights of the subject(s) depicted in the photograph and have given APOC the permission for the use of that image in the photograph.

• I promise that the photograph/image accurately reflects the subject matter of this contest and scene as it appeared, and that it has not been digitally altered with the exception of finishing touches only (removal of dust, cropping, adjustments to color and contrast, etc).

• I agree that APOC does not pay for my image or for the use of my image

• I agree that I am of the age of 18 years of age or older.

• I agree that should APOC at it's own discretion find the photograph/image offensive in anyway that I will be disqualified from this contest without notice.
